Yes, it’s true. We’re biased and only have photographers who’s last names starts with “Sch”. Too bad we’re not named Schtudio. ;-)
Say hello to Ben! { more pictures here }He recently moved here from Fresno, California and is the latest addition to Blue Window Creative. This will probably be the only time you actually see him in any pictures, as he’ll be the talented eye behind them.
A few points of interest:
An common thread we all share, is that we were led into photography, but never went to school for it.
We also, sadly, had uninspired wedding photographers at our own weddings, which gives us a common drive. We are always pushing ourselves to provide unique, genuine, and honest documentary photography we wish we’d known we wanted back when we got married.
The lovely ladies with him are his wife, Alisa, and their daughter, June. (They are the kind of family that makes me think it’d be fun to be parents someday….although several years from now…;-)
He’s got some sweet white sunglasses.
Ben also has a great sense of humor, and a laid back personality that’s quite comfortable to be around. And he likes long walks on the beach, and nights on a bear skin rug in front of a crackling fire. Okay; just had to break it up a bit as I’m just going on about how great he is.
Most importantly, he’s got a natural sense of composition, light, and connection with his subjects that can’t be taught.
Be on the look out for more work from Ben, as he’s going to be a big part of the new and improved (with more cleaning power) Blue Window Photography team. We are truly honored to work beside him, and even more excited about the quality of photography we know he will bring.
