Well, if anyone is sweating on their wedding, it’ll either be from nervousness, or some intense dancing! Tanya and Alex will be getting married on December 26th (Christmas Post Eve) this year. Their wedding and reception will be at the Mission Theatre, with a Moulin Rouge themed wedding featuring plum and copper. (She didn’t have to know too many decor details, as they’re leaving a lot of it up to Bridget’s creative flair.)

Here are a few photos from a quick portrait session after our meeting. Alex will be relieved to know that he didn’t blink in all the images, like he’d promised would happen.

We also loved the font and placement of his tattoos, but forgot to ask about them. So we played CSI with the photos and thought they were this: “We are the music-makers, we are the dreamers of dreams.” from Arthur O’Shaughnessy. (Also heard in Willy Wonka.) If we’re wrong, we’ll come back and correct, but we thought they were quite nifty…although nifty is not quite a very tattoo-esk adjective…;-) Enjoy!

(p.s. You’ll also notice little initials on some of the images. This is our way of letting you know the author of the photo, every so often. “m” is for Mary, “j” is for Joel, and more on who the “b” is soon!)
